Career
- Instructor of Public Health Practice at the Center for Public Health Practice (CPHP) and the Department of Health Promotion and Community Health at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the American University of Beirut (AUB) since February 2012.
- Public health and development professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, program management and coordination, capacity development and training, policy change, advocacy and communication.
- Engaged practitioner with expertise in the areas of gender equality, population, reproductive and sexual health, youth well being, and ageing.
Political Engagements
- Member of FPM, served as fund raising advisor to the finance central committee (2013-2014), advisor to the vice president for administrative and managerial affairs (2015-2017), Secretary General (2018-2019), member of the executive board (2017-2020).
- Elected by acclamation in August 2019 as Vice President for administrative and management affairs for a four-year term.
- Elected by acclamation in September 2023 as Vice President for Political Affairs for a four-year term.
