- Initiate a public lawsuit in specific files, including: Casino du Liban crimes, investment and operation of the duty free at Rafic Hariri International Airport, endangering internal security, etc.
- Activating judicial performance through:
- Appointing judges in main judicial and oversight positions and approving a comprehensive judicial transfers and appointments process by adopting the principle of rotation, especially in the public prosecution offices, the investigation judiciary, the military judiciary and the criminal judiciary.
- Activating the judicial inspection body by having judges and judicial assistants referring to it.
- Accelerating judicial, criminal and administrative trials by proposing several draft laws.
- Completing a draft law implementing the provisions of the Council of State.
- Undertaking formations of staff, legal assistants and heads of registrars in various courts in Lebanon.
- Activating the work of notaries, accompanying the election of a new council, and activating oversight over the work of notaries through the High Disciplinary Commission.
- Establishing and activating various judicial committees according to the criteria of competence, efficiency and rotation.
- Establishment of two courts of appeal with full descriptions in the governorates of Baalbek-Hermel and Akkar.
- Granting accreditation of new official experts to the courts.
- Syndicate Affairs: ratification of the Cooperative Fund System for the Beirut Bar Association, after making qualitative amendments to it.
- Pursuing files considered shocking to the public opinion and following-up with the independent judicial performance regarding them.
- Signing judicial cooperation and convicts’ recovery agreements with a number of countries.
- Organizing conferences on human rights (grievance in the judiciary / right of defense / pretrial detention / domestic violence / violence against women…).
