- Reviving the International Center for Human Sciences in Byblos in partnership with UNESCO.
- Registering the art of Zajal in the list of the intangible world heritage with UNESCO under the name of Lebanon.
- Launching the work of the language charter with the International Organization of Francophonie and leading its specialized programs in the relevant ministries.
- Executing the works in the National Library building.
- Establishing the Unified Mutual Fund for Artists.
- Adopting the National Alphabet Day.
- Registering Zahle on the global list of creative cities.
- Establishing a branch of the National Conservatory in Choueifat and another in Batroun.
- Modernizing the activities of the conservatory and enhancing its role.
- Lebanon participating as a guest of honor in international exhibitions and forums in Algeria, Sharjah and Armenia and signing cooperation protocols with several countries.
- Honoring numerous Lebanese creators.
- Appointing a general manager for cultural affairs.
- DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF ANTIQUITIES:
- Establishing a strict policy to protect heritage buildings and placing many of them on the general inventory of historical buildings.
- Protecting the archaeological site of Al-Tal in Beirut and setting up a project to acquire an important site in the city center (the basilica site and the possible site of the Roman Law School).
- Expanding the exhibition spaces at the National Museum (Maurice Chehab Mosaic Gallery).
- Launching the works at the Saida Museum and Beirut History Museum.
- Establishing a cooperation protocol in the field of antiquities with the Lebanese University.
- Holding “Lebanon’s Magic” exhibition for thousands of artifacts in Geneva.
- Launching “Museum Night” and holding several cultural and artistic events inside the National Museum.
- Appointing guards for archaeological sites in all regions.
- Launching a competition to contract with archaeologists and engineers.
