- Following-up the establishment of a central military hospital,and five sub-hospitals in all Lebanese regions, and preparing the pre-application for the qualification of engineering design companies.
- Issuance of 222 licenses and renewal of licenses related to trading in hunting weapons and ammunition by setting specific criteria for the renewal of licenses, taking into account the distribution.
- Receiving donations from foreign institutions, persons or authorities worth 169 billion Lebanese pounds.
- Appointing military attachés abroad.
- Assigning 706 officers on study missions abroad and 156 officers on non-study missions, and assigning 285 sergeants and individuals to study and non-study missions abroad.
- Examining the field and logistical state of the units deployed in action and evaluating their needs for weapons, ammunition and security gear to enable it to continue its missions.
- Signing several military agreements and draft agreements with brotherly and friendly countries, as well as with non-official organizations, banks, universities, and international bodies.
- Developing a plan for arming the Lebanese army, and evaluating the five-year plan for investments in equipping the army, as well as preparing 3 laws for armament, the military hospital, and military installations.
