- Adopting the comprehensive social protection and retirement bill in cooperation with the World Bank.
- Presiding over the sustainable dialogue committee consisting of the heads of employers and workers unions with the aim of sustainable social tranquility.
- Endorsing the offshore company system whose activity is restricted outside Lebanon.
- Endorsing the prohibition of employing juveniles before they reach the age of eighteen in work that poses a threat to life or health or ethics.
- Activating the first work program for youth in the National Employment Institution.
- Proposing several draft laws and draft implementing decrees related to workers, wages, unions, social security, contracting, social protection and foreign female workers.
- Signing several memoranda of understanding (Sudan, Syria, Egypt, the Philippines, Romania, Turkey, Ethiopia…).
- Activating the work of the following committees: Price Increase Index Committee, Activating Labor Laws Committee, the National Steering Committee, Combating the Worst Forms of Child Labor Committee, the Lebanese Social Magazine Committee, the Website Committee, the Complaints Office and establishing the four-way hotline.
- Amending the labor law and finalizing many projects.
- Introducing many categories of workers in the social security system (owners and drivers of public cars, tobacco workers, fishermen, agricultural workers, municipal and municipalities unions’ workers, etc.
